The New Pin

The new pin is at the beacon. First you will see a surfing board between the leaves at the top of the lights in the beacon, then you have to click on it, and it will fall, after that you walk over it, and you get the pin. Here is a picture, borrwoed from paintboy100.wordpress.com :
